For over a decade, Fiorella Erni worked at the frontlines of negotiation — from humanitarian missions in conflict zones to high-stakes dialogues in global institutions. She led with empathy where power was often loud, and chose clarity in rooms shaped by complexity.

Her path has never been conventional. But it has always been intentional.

Now, as the founder of Cheetah Stories and Stand Tall, she brings that same presence to a new kind of space, one where women gather not to perform, but to inspire.
