The process
How it begins
It starts with a conversation. A call with our founder, Fiorella, where you talk through the occasion, the feeling, and the woman you are dressing.
From there, Mark Schwartz designs a single pair around you. The first sketch is drawn by hand, refined with you, and shaped until the shoe on paper is the shoe in your mind.

Most women already know the shoe they want. The height, the line, the colour, the way it should sit underfoot. It simply has not been made yet.
A private commission begins exactly there. With what you already know, and what you have never been able to find.

This is not a purchase you rush. It starts with a call, where you talk, and we listen. No price list, no pressure, no obligation to go further than the conversation itself.
If it feels right, Mark begins to draw. If it does not, you have lost nothing but a pleasant hour talking about shoes.
Private commissions are taken in small numbers each season, so the ones we make stay rare.
