For in-stock items, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to try on your Cheelettos in the comfort of your home, return them for a full refund, or exchange them if they don’t fit.
For made-to-order items, we offer store credit for returns instead of a cash refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, ensure your Cheelettos meet the following conditions:
• No damages, blemishes, or stains on the product.
• The protective film on the sole has not been removed and remains intact (please try your Cheelettos on a carpet or towel to ensure the sole is not damaged).
• The high heels are returned in their original package. The shoe box is undamaged, containing the shoe bag and unopened and fully equipped vanity kit.Simply fill out our return/exchange form within the specified timeframe, and we'll provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that we retain the right to withhold a refund/exchange request if the return does not adhere to our return policy.
If your refund or exchange is approved, rest assured that it will be swiftly processed. The product will be exchanged, or you will receive a voucher for store credit.
